All
manuscripts are processed according with the recommendations of the
International Committee of Medical Journals Editors (http://www.icmje.org). The
Editorial Board will communicate the reviewers’ recommendations within up
to 30 days from the submission. Our goal is to publish the manuscripts within 3
months after submission. Any unconformity with the
editorial recommendation may delay the publication procedures.
Ten
reprints of each paper will be supplied free of charge.

are kindly asked to carefully acknowledge the following issues:
